صرف الرواتب عبر مُدد (خدمة إضافية)

أضف الربط مع مُدد إلى اشتراكك، ثم أرسل المسير المعتمد إلى بنوك موظفيك وتابع كل تحويل.

الخطوات

  1. أضف الربط مع مُدد إلى اشتراكك

    افتح الاشتراك واختر إضافة خدمات، أو اختر الربط مع مُدد عند الاشتراك أو التجديد. رسومها 600 ريال سنوياً للمنشأة كاملة (690 ريالاً شاملة الضريبة) مهما كان عدد موظفيك.

  2. اربط منشأتك بمُدد

    بعد إضافة الخدمة إلى اشتراكك يربط فريقنا منشأتك بمُدد باستخدام الرقم الموحد والسجل التجاري. وإلى أن يتم ذلك تُظهر شاشة الرواتب أن المنشأة غير متاحة بعد.

  3. اعتمد المسير

    يبدأ التحويل عبر مُدد دائماً من مسير معتمد. افتح المسير من الرواتب وراجعه ثم اعتمده.

  4. اختر المفوَّض بالتوقيع وفعّل القناة البنكية

    اضغط تحويل الرواتب عبر مُدد. اختر مفوَّضاً بالتوقيع — أو أضف مفوَّضاً وفعّله بالرمز الذي ترسله مُدد — ثم فعّل القناة البنكية بالرمز المؤقت المرسل إلى الجوال المسجّل لدى بنكك.

  5. أرسل المسير وتابع كل تحويل

    أرسل المسير. يعرض ملخص مُدد في المسير حالة الدفعة وتحويل كل موظف، ويتحدّث تلقائياً حتى تكتمل الدفعة.

Paying salaries through Mudad (add-on)

Add the Mudad integration to your plan, then send an approved payroll to your employees' banks and follow every transfer.

Steps

  1. Add the Mudad integration to your subscription

    Open Subscription and choose Add services, or tick Mudad integration when you subscribe or renew. It costs SAR 600 a year for the whole company (SAR 690 with VAT), whatever your head count.

  2. Have your establishment linked to Mudad

    Once the add-on is on your plan, our team links your establishment to Mudad using your unified number and commercial registration. Until that is done the payroll screen tells you the establishment is not available yet.

  3. Approve the payroll

    A Mudad transfer always starts from an approved payroll. Open the run from Payrolls, review it and approve it.

  4. Choose the signatory and authorise the bank channel

    Click Transfer salaries via Mudad. Pick an authorised signatory — or add one and activate them with the code Mudad sends — then authorise the bank channel with the one-time code sent to the mobile registered with your bank.

  5. Send and follow every transfer

    Send the payroll. The Mudad summary on the payroll shows the payment's status and every employee's transfer, and keeps updating until the payment completes.
