  1. 06:45 — تفتح الوردية برقم سري

    يدخل الكاشير؛ يسجّل بصمتك HR بصمة الحضور ويفتح نموذج العهدة الدرج.

  2. 08:00 — استلام البضاعة

    تُستلم شحنة المورّد مقابل أمر الشراء؛ يُتحقق من رمز الفاتورة ويرتفع المخزون في الفرع.

  3. 12:30 — طابور الظهيرة

    مسح وبيع على ثلاثة كواشير، الميزان يطبع ملصقاً في قسم الخضار، ونقاط الولاء تُستبدل وسيلة دفع.

  4. 17:00 — تخفيضات الانتهاء

    الأصناف القريبة من الانتهاء تُخفَّض تلقائياً؛ وجرد من الجوال يصحح فرقاً على الرفّ.

  5. 22:00 — الإقفال الأعمى

    يُعدّ النقد دون رؤية المتوقع، تظهر الفروقات لكل وسيلة دفع، يُطبع تقرير Z ويُرحَّل قيد الوردية إلى المحاسبة.

A supermarket day, hour by hour

  1. 06:45 — Shift opens with a PIN

    The cashier signs in; Basmtak HR records the punch and the float template opens the drawer.

  2. 08:00 — Goods receipt

    The supplier's delivery is received against the purchase order; the invoice QR is verified and stock rises per branch.

  3. 12:30 — The lunchtime queue

    Scan-to-sell at three tills, the scale prints a label on the produce counter, loyalty points redeem as a tender.

  4. 17:00 — Expiry markdowns

    Items near expiry are marked down automatically; a count on a phone fixes a shelf discrepancy.
